1. USER ACCOUNT

1.3. Only one account: per individual is allowed. Creating multiple accounts will result in the termination of all associated accounts. This rule also applies to linked payment processor accounts (e.g., Payeer, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Paypal), which must be unique.
1.4. Only one account: per device is permitted to use services. Violation of this rule will result in account suspension.
1.5. Login activities: using proxies, shared network environments (e.g., schools, cafes), or any unauthorized means are prohibited and may lead to account termination.
1.6. User-provided email addresses: are confidential and will not be disclosed or sold.
1.7. Earn-I does not accommodate: user requests for altering upline or username details.
1.8. Providing false information: during registration or updating personal settings may result in account suspension.
2. REFERRALS
2.1. Users are encouraged to refer others: to Earn-I and can invite an unlimited number of individuals to join the platform.
2.2. Each referred user: must register with a valid, unique email address to ensure account authenticity and compliance with our system policies.
2.3. Earn-I strictly prohibits: any form of unsolicited communication, such as spam emails, or coercion to secure referrals. Such actions violate our terms and will result in immediate account suspension or termination.
2.4. For users utilizing the rented referral feature:, referrals that remain inactive for a period of 14 days are eligible for replacement. Replacement referrals are assigned based on their availability within the systems active pool.
2.5. Referrals are permanently linked: to the original referrer. Under no circumstances can a referral request to change their assigned referrer.
2.6. The number of referral activities: and earnings a user can generate is contingent on their membership plan. If the specified referral activity limit for a membership tier is exceeded, referral earnings will be temporarily deactivated until the account complies with the activity cap.
2.7. Referral earnings: are dynamically calculated based on the users engagement and activity levels within the past 24 hours. This ensures that earnings are fair and tied to genuine activity rather than passive accumulation.
2.8. Earnings generated through referral clicks: are credited to the users account in real-time. In periods of high server demand, credits may take up to 24 hours to process.

Multi-level marketing offers, referral sales, or advertisements using our platforms name without authorization are also prohibited. Advertised pages must load within 10 seconds and support multiple visits per second to ensure proper exposure and accessibility.

Payment Processor Limitations: Users must ensure their Payeer or PayPal accounts are fully functional, without restrictions, limitations, or freezes that may prevent successful withdrawals or transfers. Payment requests involving limited or frozen accounts will be denied and will not be refunded.
6.8. Refund Policy: Any refunds received for payments issued by us will not be credited back to the user’s account or reprocessed. Users are encouraged to verify all payment details and account functionality before requesting payouts.

Currently, we accept payments via Payeer and PayPal only. Payments made through unauthorized channels or directly to Earn-I’s accounts will not be recognized and will not be refunded.
7.2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: In compliance with consumer protection laws, we offer a 14-day money-back period for payments made to Earn-I. If you wish to request a refund within this period, the refund will be issued after deducting any payouts or transactions processed during this time. This ensures fairness and prevents any financial losses to Earn-I while still honoring your right to a refund.
7.3. Refund Policy: Refunds are strictly limited to the 14-day money-back period. Requests made after this period will not be entertained, and all payments will be considered final and non-refundable.
7.4. Account Verification: Payments made to Earn-I do not require the use of a verified Payeer or PayPal account. However, users must ensure that their payment accounts are fully operational and not restricted or frozen at the time of the transaction.
7.5. Reversals and Chargebacks: Any attempt to reverse a payment or initiate a chargeback after the payment has been processed will result in the immediate suspension of your Earn-I account. Refunds requested through proper channels during the 14-day period will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

8. REFUND POLICY
8.1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Earn-I provides a 14-day money-back period for certain purchases, in compliance with consumer protection laws. Refunds requested within this period will be processed after deducting any payouts, services rendered, or administrative fees associated with the purchase to ensure fairness for all parties.
8.2. Non-Refundable Purchases: Certain purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Upgrades to higher membership tiers or plans.
- Exposure packages purchased for banner advertisements.
- Click packages purchased for ads or exposure campaigns.
These services are considered delivered upon purchase and therefore are not eligible for a refund.

8.5. Chargebacks and Disputes: Users are encouraged to contact Earn-Is support team for any refund concerns. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with the payment processor without prior communication may result in the suspension or termination of your Earn-I account.
8.6. Commitment to Fairness: Earn-I strives to provide a transparent and fair refund process. If you have questions or concerns regarding your purchase or refund eligibility, our support team is available to assist you.
9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
9.1. Right to Suspend Accounts: Earn-I reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, for any reason deemed valid, including but not limited to violation of the Terms of Service, fraudulent activities, or misconduct within the platform. We take the integrity of our platform seriously and may take action to protect our users and services.
9.2. Consequences of Suspension: Upon account suspension, all associated balances will be reset, including any accrued rewards or earnings. Any referrals, bonuses, or other associated benefits will be revoked. No refunds will be issued for any activities conducted prior to suspension.
9.3. Account Archiving: Suspended accounts will be archived, and users will be prohibited from re-registering with the same username or email address. This is to prevent misuse or abuse of the platform. We take appropriate measures to safeguard the platform’s integrity.
9.4. Inactivity Policy: Accounts that experience inactivity will be subject to suspension:
- After 30 consecutive days of inactivity, the account will be temporarily suspended.
- After 60 consecutive days of inactivity, the account will be permanently suspended.
We encourage users to remain active to avoid any disruption of service or access to their accounts.
9.5. Account Retention: Earn-I does not delete user accounts, regardless of the accounts status. Whether active, suspended, or terminated, user data and accounts will be retained for record-keeping purposes in accordance with applicable regulations and for internal policy enforcement.
9.6. Appeal Process: If you believe your account has been suspended in error, or if you wish to discuss the status of your account, you may contact Earn-Is support team. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and transparently. We aim to maintain a positive user experience while upholding our Terms of Service.
10. LIABILITY
10.1. Limitation of Liability: Earn-I shall not be held liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in service that are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We make every effort to maintain continuous service but cannot guarantee that such disruptions will not occur.

Earn-I does not withhold taxes or offer tax advice and is not liable for any tax obligations incurred by users due to their participation in the platform.
